What to do if you want to return your item or if there is a problem with it.

This only applies to shop items, the Refund & Returns Policy on ticket sales for workshops are in the booking T&Cs you read when you booked.

We offer a 14 day cancellation period, from the date the order was placed, whereby customers may return items in their original, unopened packaging. Upon inspection a full refund will be issued and you will be notified by email.

The customer is responsible for the full cost of return postage. Return shipping costs are non refundable unless the item is deemed to be faulty.

What we’ll do to resolve the issue.

If something is missing from your order, we shall send you a replacement item.

If your parcel is damaged in transit beyond repair, we can send a replacement or offer you a refund, once we have processed the claim with the delivery company. 

We may ask for photos of the damage, and other information.
